Join us for an opportunity to serve in San Jose, Costa Rica with our mission partners For the City and Inglesia de la Ciudad.

The trip will focus on helping the local church in Costa Rica by meeting the needs of the community in the name of Christ. We will participate in helping serve the needy through a potential construction projects, general physical labor, serving at local feeding centers for children, aiding the local schools, and ministering to families.*

We have valued and trusted relationships with a local church, local pastors, and Costa Rican citizens. We know the people, the barrios, and the need. Although there are always risks with every international trip, this is a family-friendly trip and environment. Teenagers 16 and older may participate without parental supervision but are required to have additional documents filled out by their parent/guardian. Teenagers 14 or 15 may participate with parental supervision, pending their maturity level and the team makeup. 

Trips are limited to a certain number for each trip. Our partners can host a team from 8-16 people in their team house located adjacent to the local church. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot on the team. The team will be formulated based on the skills needed for the trip, the kind of team dynamic needed, and the desire to balance novice and veteran missionaries. 

This team is open to volunteers and leaders from Generation Church.
